School Information Report

Introduction

As part of the Local SEND Offer Regulations in the Children and Families Act 2014, every school is required to publish its own School Information Report, which sets out how they support children with Special Educational Needs and/or Disabilities (SEND).

Please read the introductory guidance ‘what to expect from St. Antony’s RC Primary School.   You will find information about:

•What to expect from St. Antony’s

•Identifying children’s additional needs

•How St. Antony’s  supports children with SEND

•Funding to support children with SEND

•If a child needs more specialist support provision.

Medication in School

If a child has a specific medical condition that requires medication to be kept in school, a care plan will be written with guidance from the school nurse.
